RE: SplatterPark Sales tax exemption for churches or other 501(c) 3 non profit corporations

Churches and other not for profit corporations are tax exempt when following the proper procedures – as follows:

• A tax exempt certificate must be filed prior to paying at the window.
• Claims after the fact are not refundable.
• 1 payment must be made for the group – no single player payments qualify.
• 1 Payment from the church or corporation by company check or credit card is preferred.
• The exemption certificate must be filed for each play date.
